Lotus Notes Maintenance Scheduled
Lotus Notes will be unavailable on Sunday, October 18th from 6am to noon for regular scheduled monthly maintenance (3rd. Sunday of the month). ITS apologizes for any inconvenience. Please contact ITS Customer Services at 554-4357 if you have any questions or concerns.

Reclaim Your Mail File Space
If you seem to have problems sending and receiving e-mail, it may be because you are close to your mail file quota size (100 MB for Students and Sponsored Guests; 800 MB for Faculty and Staff). Warnings are sent at the 90% mark, and your file is ‘frozen’ when it meets or exceeds the maximum. Click here for information on reclaiming mail file space.

MS Internet Explored (version 6 and 7) and Firefox 2.x (Firefox 3 is not fully supported but will do the basic email function).

Attention MyMail Web Users
The MyMail web login session will time you out after 30 minutes of inactivity for security reasons. For more information go here.

Antispam Filtering

Antispam Filtering Program
There are two ways to access the Antispam filtering program. When the filtering program finds spam you will receive an email with the subject title “Spam Quarantine Summary”. There is a link at the bottom of the message that will take you to the Antispam filtering program to check the messages that have been quarantined. Another way to access the Antispam filtering program is to point your browser to http://antispam.unomaha.edu. Use your UNO Net ID to log in. Click on this link to get a QUICK GUIDE on how to use. The Antispam support site (http://its.unomaha.edu/antispam.php) includes an FAQ and a complete user guide. If you have any questions, please call ITS Customer Services at 554-4357.
