Lotus Notes 8 Upgrade Information

Known Issues - August 21st.

Campus community members continue to report log-in issues with the upgraded Web version . ITS system administrators continue to work with IBM to investigate and address this issue. Based on information gathered this week two changes have been made:

1. Log in to http://mail.unomaha.edu.   Note: The log in screen has been changed to a generic Lotus Notes log in screen.
2, Logging into the Web version may require you to enter your username and password twice.
3. If you are prompted to enter your username and password more than twice, please note the login error message and contact UNO ITS Customer Services at 554-4357 or email unohelpdesk@unomaha.edu

We appreciate your patience and your reporting of the issues you encounter. Your reports help us uncover the source of the problem so we can develop solutions. If you experience issues other than these log-in issues, ITS would appreciate your feedback so we may assist you. Please call Customer Services at 554-4357 or email unohelpdesk@unomaha.edu
